How it works

  1. Build it. It stays a draft until you submit.
  2. Submit it. Clean ads pass on their own in seconds.
  3. Flags go to the owner. Approved ads go live. Rejected ads come back with a reason.

Five states: Draft, Submitted, In review, Approved, then Live or Rejected. A clean ad is approved on its own and then goes live. A flagged ad does not run until the owner approves it, within one business day. That email has one-click Approve or Reject.

FAQ

Billing. Website purchases are billed by Stripe. You see the product, the price, and the period before you pay. Founding rates stay locked for your first 12 months. A receipt goes to your email.

Cancellation. Cancel anytime. You keep Nitro or the ad through the period you already paid. The cancellation starts when that period ends. It does not cut the period short and it does not return that money.

Prohibited. No scams, no adult, no misleading health or finance claims, no counterfeit parts. A failed check blocks the ad and tells you why.

Rejected ads. You can edit and resubmit. If you do not resubmit within 7 days, the charge is refunded.

Nitro answers, generated clips, and any other AI output are delivered when they are made. Phase does not refund them. A second charge for the same purchase is not a sale. That extra charge is reversed to the same card. You do not open a ticket and you do not call the bank. An iPhone purchase is billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Apple may refund under Apple’s own policy. Phase does not decide that. An Android purchase is billed by Google Play. Google may refund under Google’s own policy. Phase does not decide that. A website purchase is billed by Stripe and is final, except a duplicate charge. Terms
